Introduction
The three-state solution is a Middle East peace plan based on the principles of equality and co-territoriality for Israelis and Palestinians. Three independent states will co-exist in the same territory. The third state will be a bi-national, secular Federal state (The Federation). All three will have separate, fully sovereign governments. Equality and security are both absolute principles in this proposal.
